With a passion for entrepreneurship and helping others succeed, her mission is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Call Flawless, a woman-owned, minority owned commercial cleaning company established in 2015, provides janitorial and day porter services throughout the greater Chicagoland area with a focus on medical facilities.

Lillian has expanded her horizons with a global medical supply company, enhancing her offerings and capabilities. She is a strategic sales consultant of Omar Supplies LLC, one of the nation’s largest minority owned suppliers of disposable products to restaurants, retailers and medical industries.

In addition, Lillian owns and operates multiple successful businesses, including P.D.T. Trucking, which is experiencing growth throughout the Chicagoland area.

Driven by a strong desire to create generational impact for her family and the lives of her employees, Lillian’s entrepreneurial spirit is particularly motivated by her personal experience as a mother of two, foster parent to many and grandparent to eight; especially for her two grandchildren with autism. She is dedicated to ensuring they have future employment opportunities and stability.

Born on the south side of Chicago, Lillian’s commitment to uplifting her community extends to her involvement in various non-profit initiatives, where she offers coaching and mentoring, sharing her positive energy and love for life. Her early life struggles have created motivation for her success. She is determined to help others find their way towards success.
